HPM and its employees consider their relationship with customers as a partnership towards success and development. Therefore, a technical team specialized in the field of ventilation and cooling equipment has been employed to provide after-sales services to customers, monitor the operation of the supplied equipment, and ensure its efficiency.

The technical staff visits the customers immediately after contacting the maintenance center to identify the equipment problem, fix it, and ensure that the equipment returns to work with the required efficiency.

The technical team provides its services during the equipment warranty period, and services are also provided through emergency maintenance and maintenance contract services for equipment.

 

HPM Ventilation & Cooling Equipment maintains a stock of spare parts for the equipment to ensure their availability when needed, and to prevent disruption to the customer’s work.

Our customer list is the greatest evidence of the good technical service that seeks to satisfy all customers and emphasize the partnership between customers and the company.

When the customer contacts and reports a malfunction in the equipment, a technical team is sent to inspect the equipment, and if it can be repaired without the need for spare parts, it is repaired.
